Dear guest,
We are so happy you chose to stay at our home. We hope you’ll make the most of its amenities, and that you get the opportunity to relax. Please take a moment to read the below rules and instructions at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Failure to abide by the rules will result in fees, which we’d like to avoid. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this home into a lovely space, please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home.
General rules/instructions
Check in is strictly at 2pm. Check out is at 10am. Should you need a later check out, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
For your own safety, please never share your code with anyone outside of the pre-approved list of guests.
Pets are not allowed.
Every Wednesday and Saturday our handyman will come by after 4pm to tend to the pool.
Do not rearrange or stand on any of the furniture.
Should any damage occur, please let us know prior to your departure. It’s not cool to let us find the damage on our own.
Eating and drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all door.
Our neighborhood is important to us. As most residents live here full-time, please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but you can smoke in outdoor areas, such as the front and back terraces.
Before check out, please make sure to take off the top sheets and covers and throw them in the main bathroom together with all your used towels and linens.
If you apply for private parking, please make sure to only use the indicated parking space provided.

Kitchen rules/instructions
Clean the kitchen after you use it. Don’t forget to wipe down the island so it doesn’t stain and make sure the oven and stove are turned off.
Garbage bags will be provided, please separate the garbage accordingly in the recycling (green) and regular (black) bags.
Please take out the garbage downstairs as frequently as needed. Do not let it get to the point where it smells up the entire apartment.
Pool rules/instructions
Do NOT jump or dive into the pool, it is too shallow and you will get hurt.
Smoking is not allowed inside the pool, but you can smoke in the outdoor areas, such as the front and back terraces.
No child under the age of 10 years old is allowed in the pool without any supervision.
Be careful getting in and out of the pool, as it can be very slippery if wet.
Do not rearrange the outdoor furniture. If food or drinks spills on the furniture please clean it immediately as its very expensive.
Do not come into the apartment wet from the pool. Please towel off and wipe your feet in the floor mat provided. Wet furniture will result in additional cleaning fees, or replacement fees, if and where applicable.
Before check out, please make sure to throw the used pool towels on the main bedroom floor with the rest of the used linens and towels.
